• Crystals are natural materials and may include variations in color, texture, or inclusions—this is part of their beauty, not a defect

• Colors may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the issue

I’ll make it right with a replacement or refund where appropriate.
